Aaron Savin, Vice President, Leasing
Aaron is responsible for ECHO’s retail brokerage group, known as ECHO Retail. He was formerly Vice President of
Retail Services with Grubb and Ellis andbrings more than a decade of commercial leasing and development services
to ECHO. He has conducted successful rollouts of western Pennsylvania area stores for Pier 1 Imports, Michaels,
Best Buy, Office Max and ULTA and has overseen disposition efforts for K-Mart and Giant Eagle throughout Ohio
and Pennsylvania. Aaron assisted in the development and leasing of several major shopping centers including
Montour Church at the Pointe, Plaza at the Pointe, and Cranberry Square. Since joining ECHO he as overseen the
leasing of over 2,000,000 square feet of shopping center space. Aaron is a graduate of Michigan State University
and received an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Jay Murphy, Director of Retail Services
Jay Murphy is the Director of Retail Services for ECHO Retail. He joined ECHO in 2002, bringing over 10 years of
commercial real estate experience specializing in both tenant and landlord representation throughout the Eastern
United States. On the tenant side, Jay exclusively represents retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods,
Dollar Tree Stores, Hollywood Video, and Chuck E. Cheese's. Prior to joining ECHO, Jay started his real estate
career with Grubb & Ellis in Pittsburgh. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his BA in
the College of Arts and Sciences. Jay is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is on the
planning Committee for Pittsburgh's Idea Exchange.
Bradley Kelly, Director of Brokerage Services
Brad Kelly joined ECHO Retail in 2005 as the Director of Brokerage Services. Brad works for ECHO in
several capacities including tenant representation, landlord representation and commercial site acquisition.
Brad represents clients such as Giant Eagle, Giant Eagle Express, GetGo, Papa Johns Pizza and Guardian Self
Storage by handling all aspects of their real estate requirements. Brad was an associate with Langholz Wilson
Ellis for six years prior to joining ECHO. He is a graduate from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of
Science in Business Marketing.
Michelle Parolini, Associate
Michelle joined ECHO Retail in 2001 after 8 years at Baltimore, MD based KLNB Retail. She currently leases retail space in ECHO's portfolio and provides tenant representation services to a number of regional and national tenants. In ECHO Retail's retailer representation division, Michelle works with ULTA, GameStop, Regis Corp., Chuck E Cheese's, Parkvale Savings Bank, Camping World and others. Michelle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is an active member of the ICSC. She is also a part of the ICSC Pittsburgh's Next Generation Committee.
